Section 6-21-703 - Public School Motor Vehicle Insurance Program - Participation

(a) There is hereby established a Public School Motor Vehicle Insurance Program for all school motor vehicles of participating public school districts, education service cooperatives, and open-enrollment public charter schools in the State of Arkansas.(b) Participation in the program provided for in this section shall be optional with each school district, education service cooperative, or open-enrollment public charter school.Acts 1991, No. 824, §§ 3, 17; 2003 (2nd Ex.
