Section 6-23-204 - Charter renewal

The authorizer may renew charters of conversion public charter schools on a one-year or multiyear basis, not to exceed five (5) years, after the initial five-year period if the renewal is approved by the local school district board of directors.Amended by Act 2013, No. 509,§ 4, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1999, No. 890, § 4; 2005, No. 2005, § 6; 2007, No. 736, § 8.
