Section 6-23-301 - Application forms and procedures for open-enrollment public charter schools

(a) The authorizer shall adopt: (1) An application form, a schedule, and a procedure that must be used to apply for a charter for an open-enrollment public charter school; and(2) Criteria to use in selecting a program for which a charter may be granted.(b) The application form must provide space for including all information required under this chapter to be contained in the charter.Amended by Act 2013, No. 509,§ 5, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1999, No. 890, § 8; 2007, No. 736, § 12; 2011, No. 993, § 4.
