Section 6-23-403 - Annual audit of open-enrollment public charter school required

Any other provisions of the Arkansas Code notwithstanding, an open-enrollment public charter school shall be subject to the same auditing and accounting requirements as any other public school district in the state.Acts 1999, No. 890, § 14; 2007, No. 736, § 24.
