Section 6-23-502 - Source of funding

(a) Open-enrollment public charter schools shall be funded each year through funds set aside from funds appropriated to state foundation funding aid in the Public School Fund.(b) The amount set aside shall be determined by the State Board of Education.Acts 1999, No. 890, § 7; 2001, No. 1311, § 8; 2007, No. 736, § 27.
