Section 6-23-505 - Annual audit

An open-enrollment public charter school shall prepare an annual certified audit of the financial condition and transactions of the open-enrollment public charter school as of June 30 of each year in accordance with generally accepted auditing procedures and containing any other data as determined by the State Board of Education for all public schools.Amended by Act 2013, No. 509,§ 15, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1999, No. 890, § 7; 2007, No. 736, § 30.
