Section 6-24-116 - Request for review of transactions

At the request of a board of a public educational entity, the executive administrator at a public educational entity, the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Arkansas Ethics Commission, or the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, the appropriate prosecuting attorney shall review contracts or transactions for compliance with the provisions of this chapter.Amended by Act 2023, No. 883,§ 5A, eff. 5/1/2024.Amended by Act 2021, No. 544,§ 56, eff. 7/28/2021.Acts 2001, No. 1599, § 16; 2003, No. 670, § 1.
