Section 6-28-114 - Student excused absence

If a student's parent or legal guardian has been called to duty for, is on leave from, or has immediately returned from deployment, the student may be granted additional excused absences at the discretion of the public school in which he or she is enrolled.Added by Act 2021, No. 1031,§ 2, eff. 7/28/2021.
