Section 6-41-223 - Reports

Each school district shall report annually to the State Board of Education at a prescribed due date the extent to which it is at that time providing for the special education for children with disabilities, as necessary to implement the policy of this subchapter.Acts 1973, No. 102, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2131; Acts 1993, No. 294, § 14.
