As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Compliance citation' means a citation issued by the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education that documents a school's failure to comply with state education laws; and(2) 'Individualized education program' means the evaluation of the educational needs of a child with disabilities conducted pursuant to § 6-41-217.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1770, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1993, No. 483, § 2; 1995, No. 1296, § 31; 1999, No. 391, § 36.
