(a) There is established a Building Better Futures High School Program.(b) The purpose of the program is to allow students with intellectual disabilities to broaden their career opportunities in an inclusive and age-appropriate environment while completing the additional years of high school as allowed by law.Amended by Act 2017, No. 432,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.Added by Act 2015, No. 931,§ 1, eff. 4/2/2015.
