Section 6-42-103 - Office for the Education of Gifted and Talented Children

To implement the policy stated in § 6-42-101, there is established in the Division of Learning Services of the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education an Office for the Education of Gifted and Talented Children to be headed by an administrator who shall be qualified by education, training, and experience to direct the state program for gifted and talented children.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1796, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1979, No. 106, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-5201.
