The Department of Education is designated as the state agency to receive and disburse federal funds designed to improve educational opportunities for gifted and talented children and shall develop such plans and procedures as may be required in order to receive and disburse such federal funds.Acts 1979, No. 106, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-5204.
