All Division of Elementary and Secondary Education rules shall apply to the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts unless the division determines otherwise or unless the rules conflict with governance of the school by the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas and the purposes and intent of this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1805, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2003, No. 1305, § 6.
