Section 6-43-215 - Expulsions

The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf may expel from the Arkansas School for the Blind any pupil whose longer continuance in the school would be injurious to the school.Acts 1868, No. 50, § 24, p. 154; C. & M.
