Section 6-43-303 - Rent, construction, or repair of facilities

The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf shall have power to make all contracts for the rent or construction and repair of any building and appurtenances belonging to or used by the Arkansas School for the Deaf.Acts 1868, No. 36, § 5, p. 115; C. & M.
