Section 6-43-304 - Action for trespass or other wrongs brought by state

For all damages for trespass and other wrongs upon the buildings or any other property, personal or real, belonging to the Arkansas School for the Deaf, actions may be maintained in the name of the state, and all damages received in such actions shall be appropriated to the repair of the injured property.Acts 1868, No. 36, § 12, p. 115; C. & M.
