(a) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Division of Higher Education shall work together to implement distance learning throughout the state.(b) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Division of Higher Education shall present a report to the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education by December 31, 1999, reporting the status and progress of distance learning in Arkansas.(c) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Division of Higher Education shall not be required to implement the provisions of this subchapter if funds are not made available.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1833, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1999, No. 1083, § 3.
