Section 6-47-304 - Division of Career and Technical Education to cooperate with Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and Division of Higher Education

The Division of Career and Technical Education shall cooperate with the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Division of Higher Education to implement distance learning throughout the state.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1836, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1999, No. 1298, § 4.
