Section 6-47-503 - Distance learning consortiums

School districts shall form collaborative efforts with other schools or education service cooperatives or both other schools and education service cooperatives that share common educational needs in order to ensure that the state maximizes distance learning services by distributing shared course content.Acts 2003 (2nd Ex.
