On the effective date of a merger under § 6-51-1101(a)(2):(1) The Board of Directors of Crowley's Ridge Technical Institute shall be abolished; and(2) The Board of Directors of East Arkansas Community College shall assume the powers and duties of the Board of Directors of Crowley's Ridge Technical Institute.Added by Act 2017, No. 636,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
