The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board is designated as the agency of state government to receive and administer any and all federal funds made available to this state for the purpose of assisting the state or school districts in providing for the extension of vocational education of less than college grade in the field of vocational-technical and adult education for persons sixteen (16) years of age and over.Amended by Act 2021, No. 545,§ 10, eff. 7/28/2021.Acts 1957, No. 328, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2557.
