Section 6-51-301 - Proposed new centers

(a) Any request for approval of a proposed new center shall be submitted by the superintendent or chief executive officer of the school or institution proposed to function as the center and superintendents from the several schools to be served by a center or the board of an education service cooperative within whose boundaries the center is to be located.(b) Such a request for a proposed new center must provide the necessary information and assurances according to the guidelines for approval of new centers established by the Career Education and Workforce Development Board.Acts 1985, No. 788, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2593.2; Acts 2001, No. 819, § 1.
