The Building Authority Division shall ensure that all offices of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services are exemplary models of accessibility and conform to the ADA Standards for Accessible Design under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.Amended by Act 2023, No. 182,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 1993, No. 574, § 9.
