Section 6-53-605 - Continuation of tax

If a technical college for which a tax is levied thereafter becomes a branch of an existing institution of higher education, the tax levied under this subchapter shall continue to be levied and collected for the use and benefit of the branch unless reduced or repealed as authorized in § 6-53-603.Acts 1993, No. 945, § 1.
