The procedures and deadlines established in this chapter shall, for the purpose of this chapter, be in lieu of and supersede the procedures and deadlines under the existing laws of this state with respect to the establishment, organization, and administration of Arkansas State University Three Rivers. Existing laws of this state, for the purposes of this chapter, shall apply only in those situations that are not specifically provided for in this chapter and when applied shall be consistent, insofar as possible, with the purpose, procedures, and deadlines contained in this chapter.Amended by Act 2021, No. 19,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.Acts 1991, No. 617, § 4.
