(a) In order to provide for an efficient, competent, and resourceful construction industry training program that will enhance the development of a quality labor pool to support the building industry of this state, there is established the Arkansas Construction Industry Craft Training Program.(b) The program will be administered by the Office of Skills Development in collaboration with the Arkansas Apprenticeship Coordination Steering Committee created by § 6-52-204.Amended by Act 2021, No. 647,§ 10, eff. 7/28/2021.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 155, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1999, No. 474, § 4.
