(a) Purchases by National Park College shall continue to be made under procedures which were applicable to Garland County Community College or may be made under procedures that were applicable to Quapaw Technical Institute.(b) Flexibility in shop purchases, parts, and house construction programs shall continue in the same manner as authorized for the original institutions.Amended by Act 2016F, No. 141,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2016.Acts 2003, No. 678, § 8.
