Section 6-59-103 - Board of directors and ex officio board of trustees

Each board member of the Cotton Boll Technical Institute Board of Directors serving on June 30, 2003, shall become an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees of Arkansas Northeastern College on July 1, 2003, and for the remainder of his or her appointed term.Acts 2003, No. 830, § 3.
