(a) Purchases by Arkansas Northeastern College shall continue to be made under procedures that were applicable to Mississippi County Community College or may be made under procedures that were applicable to Cotton Boll Technical Institute.(b) Flexibility in shop purchases, parts, and house construction programs shall continue in the same manner authorized for the original institutions.Acts 2003, No. 830, § 8.
