(a)(1) The Legislative Joint Auditing Committee shall provide for the verification of student enrollment data of each state-supported institution of higher education.(2) Verification of such enrollment data shall be performed during the regularly scheduled annual audit of each institution and shall be included in the final audit report for each institution.(3) Such reports shall be made available to the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Legislative Council.(b) Criteria to be used by Arkansas Legislative Audit in making the verifications of enrollment data shall be established by the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee.Acts 1995, No. 1185, § 33.
