(a) The courses of instruction and training provided for in this subchapter shall be provided in local facilities in the communities served which are made available by the community without cost to the state-supported institution of higher education, or which are made available on a rental or lease basis whereby the institution's rental or lease obligation shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the rental or lease cost therefor, with the remainder of the rental or lease cost to be provided from local sources within the communities served.(b) The courses of instruction or training programs may be established on the campuses of vocational-technical schools or in existing public classroom facilities, upon agreements entered into by the boards of trustees of the state-supported institutions of higher education involved and the administrators or boards in charge of the vocational-technical school programs or school districts.Acts 1975, No. 717, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-3368.
