Section 6-60-807 - Penalties

Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter is guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500).Acts 2009, No. 734, § 1.
