All of the state institutions of higher education shall give instruction in nature study and the conservation of natural resources, including fish and game, soil fertility and erosion, forests and minerals, and all students in the institutions preparing to be teachers shall be required to take such courses of instruction.Acts 1939, No. 312, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1620.
