Section 6-61-123 - Meningococcal disease warning

Each college or university shall advise students and their parents or guardians of the increased risk of meningococcal disease in students who live in close quarters, such as college or university dormitories. The college or university shall also advise students and their parents or guardians that a vaccination is available against the potentially fatal meningococcal disease.Acts 1999, No. 1233, § 1.
