The Division of Higher Education shall:(1) Regularly schedule reviews of courses that are listed in the common course numbering system;(2) Establish review procedures; and(3) Adopt policies to carry out this section.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1995, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 2011, No. 747, § 5.
