Section 6-61-215 - Student tuition and fees - Reporting

Annually, by July 1, the Division of Higher Education shall report the tuition and mandatory fees charged to students, including all changes to tuition and mandatory fees, for each state-supported institution of higher education to the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1970, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2015, No. 700,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1977, No. 560, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-4904.
