Section 6-61-235 - Reporting requirements - Financial aid programs

The Division of Higher Education shall report annually by May 30 to the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education the:(1) Budgeted allocation for each financial aid program that is funded through the Higher Education Grants Fund Account for the upcoming fiscal year; and(2) Projections for the following fiscal year for the budgeted allocation for each financial aid program that is funded through the Higher Education Grants Fund Account.Added by Act 2023, No. 870,§ 35, eff. 7/1/2023.
