Section 6-61-525 - Housing allowance

Upon approval by the appropriate community college or technical college board of trustees, the president or the chancellor of each community college or technical college may receive a housing allowance in an amount not to exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) per month in lieu of college housing.Acts 1989 (1st Ex.
