Section 6-61-901 - Purpose

In order to enhance the public's access to performance indicators and to better measure the dividends paid on the increasing public investment in Arkansas's institutions of higher education, the General Assembly finds that a separate office of accountability should be established within the Division of Higher Education.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1991, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1991, No. 856, § 1; 1997, No. 112, § 18; 1999, No. 479, § 2.
