Section 6-62-1001 - Coverage required

(a) All two-year and four-year public institutions of higher education shall be required to provide workers' compensation coverage for their employees.(b) Coverage shall be provided for losses incurred while performing work for the two-year or four-year public institution of higher education.Acts 1997, No. 1202, § 1.
