Section 6-62-1004 - Election to provide coverage through Public Employee Claims Division

Nothing in this subchapter shall require two-year or four-year public institutions of higher education to provide workers' compensation coverage through one (1) or more self-funded entities or groups, and an institution may elect to provide coverage through the Public Employee Claims Division in the same manner as do other state agencies.Acts 1997, No. 1202, § 4.
