The Arkansas Development Finance Authority is authorized to retain those professionals as it deems necessary to accomplish the issuance and sale of the State of Arkansas Higher Education General Obligation Bonds, including, without limitation, legal counsel, financial advisors, underwriters, trustees, paying agents, and remarketing agents.Acts 2005, No. 1282, § 1.
