Section 6-62-602 - Transfer and lease authorized

Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and in addition to any other statutory or inherent authority of a board, any board is authorized to transfer and simultaneously enter into a lease agreement concerning any property.Acts 1983 (Ex.
