Section 6-62-725 - Judicial review - Priority

All cases involving the validity of this subchapter or any portion thereof, or in any way arising under this subchapter or involving the bonds issued hereunder, shall be deemed of public interest and shall be advanced by all courts and heard as a preferred cause, and all appeals from judgments or decrees rendered in such cases must be taken within thirty (30) days after the rendition of such judgment or decree.Acts 1989, No. 683, § 26.
