Section 6-63-101 - Authority for teachers to wear religious clothing

No person shall be prohibited from teaching in state institutions of higher education for the reason that the person wears the clothing of any established and recognized religion while teaching.Acts 1973, No. 196, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1261.
