The provisions of this subchapter shall be applicable to all publicly supported institutions of higher education in this state and shall not supersede the provisions of the General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, § 19-4-101 et seq., the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, § 21-5-201 et seq., the Arkansas Procurement Law, § 19-11-201 et seq., or other fiscal control laws of this state, and their successors.Acts 1983, No. 147, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-5602.
