Section 6-63-306 - Additional compensation for additional duties

The state-supported institutions of higher education may pay additional compensation to employees for the performance of additional duties assigned to them at non-job-related institution-sanctioned events, provided that those additional duties are performed at times other than normal working hours.Amended by Act 2023, No. 778,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2023.Acts 1983, No. 147, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-5611.
