The proceeds from the sale of the state-owned home for the Chancellor of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences shall continue to be invested, and the earnings on the investment shall be used to defray the total cost of the housing allowance or as much as the investment earnings will provide, whichever is the lesser.Acts 1999, No. 240, § 1.
