Section 6-64-401 - Maintenance as part of university

The College of Medicine of the University of Arkansas shall be maintained at the cost of the State of Arkansas, shall be a department for the instruction of students in medical science, and shall be a part of the University of Arkansas but may be located in the City of Little Rock.Acts 1911, No. 360, § 1; C. & M.
